The training is divided into three consecutive parts:

Self-study:
Flexible start with selected professional reading, no later than middle of April.

Assessment conversation:
In a personal one-to-one conversation, we review your understanding of the assigned reading and clarify open questions related to the practical phase.

Practical phase:
Starting 7 Mai 2026:
Two mini-lessons with structured feedback
Online, Monday & Thursday at 18:20 (CET)
